What Staff Will Handle
Staff will intervene in cases involving:
- Rule violations
- Exploits or duplication
- Grief near protected claims
- Harassment
- Real life threats or privacy violations
- Server stability issues

What Staff Will Not Handle
Staff will not:
- Settle normal PvP losses
- Reverse legitimate combat outcomes
- Interfere in fair economic competition
- Micro-manage town politics
- Restore items lost through intended mechanics
Conflict is part of Liora. Staff enforce rules, not outcomes.
Reporting Guidelines
When opening a ticket, include:
- Player usernames involved
- Coordinates (if relevant)
- Screenshots or video evidence
- A clear explanation of what occurred
- Date and time (with timezone if possible)
